Deputy Supervisor Behling opened the regular Town Board meeting at 7:33 with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Resolution 2017-67 Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to accept the following resolution. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays. Resolved the Mexico Town Board approves the minutes from the August 14, 2017 town board meetings.

Reports:

Town Clerk – A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to accept the town clerk report as presented. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.
Dog Control Officer- A motion was made by Councilor Barber and seconded by Deputy Supervisor Behling to accept the monthly report as presented. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.
Zoning Officer / Building Inspector – A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to accept the monthly report as presented. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.
Highway Superintendent – A motion was made by Councilor Barber and seconded by Councilor Partrick to accept the monthly report as presented. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.
Community Park – A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to accept the monthly report as presented. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.
Mexico Point Park – A motion was made by Councilor Barber and seconded by Councilor Partrick to accept the monthly report as presented. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.
Supervisor –A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to approve the supervisor’s report as presented. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.

Resolution 2017-68 Payroll
A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to accept the following resolution. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays. Resolved the Mexico Town Board approves the August payroll.

Engineer Bob Guminiak recommended the Town of Mexico deduct $8,363.59 from Syracuse Constructor’s payment and increase C2AE’s payment $8,363.59 to cover costs incurred.

Resolution 2017-69– WD#3 Amendment
A motion was made by Councilor Barber and seconded by Councilor Partrick to accept the following resolution. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays. Resolved the Mexico Town Board agrees to increase C2AE’s contract by $8,363.59.

Resolution 2017-70 WD#3 Payment to Syracuse Constructors
A motion was made by Councilors Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to accept the following resolution. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays. Resolved the Mexico Town Board agrees to reduce payment #9 to Syracuse Constructor by $8,363.59.
A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to table the decision on Local Law 2 of 2017, Regulating Energy until the next meeting.

Resolution 2017-71 BAN for 2015 Truck
A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to accept the following resolution. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays. Resolved the Mexico Town Board approve the payment due on October 27, 2017 of $5,160 plus interest on the 2015 Ford truck and to BAN for the balance.

Resolution 2017-72 Appoint Planning Board Members
A motion was made by Supervisor Anderson and seconded by Councilor Partrick to accept the following resolution. The motion was adopted by 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays. Resolved the Mexico Town Board appoints Stephen Salatti to the Planning Board.

Resolution 2017 73 Audit of Claims
A motion was made by Councilor Greenway and seconded by Council Barber to accept the following resolution. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays. Resolved that the bills for Abstract 9 have been reviewed by the Town Board and are authorized for payment in the following amounts:

General A Fund Voucher #223-250 $18,724.00
General B Fund Voucher #55-61 $3,077.48
Highway Fund Voucher #162-186 $112,571.06
Water Voucher #12 $317.97
Capital Voucher #15-16 $37,562.19
Special Districts Voucher #15-16 $1,979.59

A motion was made by Councilor Partrick and seconded by Councilor Barber to adjourn at 8:17. The motion was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes, Behling, Barber, Partrick and 0 nays.
