REGULAR MEETING – 6:00 PM

Mayor Grimshaw, Trustees: Harter, Hotchkiss, and Linerode (arrived 6:16 pm), Amanda Magro, Gregor Smith,

McKenzie Lehman, Mike Altieri, John Power and Attorney Mowry (arrived 6:14 pm)

Absent: Trustee Emery          

Mayor Grimshaw called the Regular meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 1, 2019, Special Meeting of May 8, 2019 and Fiscal year-end meeting of May 29, 2019 were approved on motion of Trustee Hotchkiss, seconded Trustee Harter, all aye.

The following claims were approved for payment on motion of Trustee Hotchkiss, seconded by Trustee Harter, all aye:

Reports were given by John Power/Village Administrator

On motion of Trustee Harter, seconded Trustee Hotchkiss, all aye, the board set the date of July 3, 2019 at 6:00 pm for a public hearing on proposed Local Law #4 of 2019 entitled “Setting quarterly water charges for properties now located outside the village limits other than those in water districts 1, 2, and 3”.

On motion of Trustee Harter, seconded Trustee Hotchkiss, all aye, the board tabled the cemetery rate increase until all information can be reviewed.

BCA Architects & Engineers presented the Village Board with three potential funding scenarios in regards to the water improvement project.  On motion of Trustee Harter, seconded Trustee Linerode, all aye, the board agreed to table information until the July 3rd meeting in order to review all information presented.

Amanda Magro inquired about the fee set for fire inspections.  Mayor Grimshaw stated that the board is looking into this further and will make a determination at a later date as to what the fee should be.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. on motion of Trustee Harter, seconded Trustee Linerode, all aye.
