REGULAR MEETING – 4:00 PM

Mayor Grimshaw called the Public Hearing to order at 4:00 pm. On Local Law #4 of 2019, “Setting quarterly water charges for properties now located outside the Village limits other than those Water Districts 1, 2 and 3”.  On motion of Trustee Harter seconded Trustee Emery, all aye, the public hearing was closed at 4:01 pm.  No public comment.

Mayor Grimshaw opened the regular meeting at 4:01 pm.

The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 6, 2019 were approved on motion of Trustee Harter, seconded Trustee Emery, all aye.

The following claims were approved for payment on motion of Trustee Emery, seconded by Trustee Harter, all aye:

On motion of Trustee Emery, seconded Trustee Harter, all aye, the Village Board passed Local Law #4 of 2019.

On motion of Trustee Harter, seconded Trustee Emery, all aye, the Village Board agreed to proceed with the $7,000,000.00 dollar project that was presented by BCA Architects & Engineers for the Village of Mexico’s Water Improvement project.

On motion of Trustee Emery, seconded Trustee Harter, all aye, the Village Board moved the regular August 7, 2019 Village Board meeting to Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 6:00 pm.

The meeting adjourned at 4:32 p.m. on motion of Trustee Emery, seconded Trustee Harter, all aye.
