REGULAR MEETING – 6:00 PM

Mayor Grimshaw, Trustees: Emery, Harter, and Hotchkiss, John Power, William Hamacher, and Attorney Mowry (arrived 6:03 pm) 
Absent: Trustee Linerode

Mayor Grimshaw called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 7, 2020 were approved on motion of Trustee Hotchkiss, seconded by Trustee Harter, all aye.

The following claims were approved for payment on motion of Trustee Hotchkiss seconded by Trustee Harter, all aye:

Reports were given by William Hamacher/Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer and John Power/Village Administrator.

On motion of Trustee Emery, seconded Trustee Harter, all aye, the board approved the transfer of the Unpaid 2020 Village Taxes to Oswego County to be re-levied to the 2021 Town/County taxes.

On motion of Trustee Hotchkiss, seconded Trustee Harter, all aye, the board approved to designate offices open for election on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 (Mayor and 2 Trustees-Harter & Emery 2 years)

The Village Board of Trustees will be holding a workshop on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 4:00 pm in the Village Hall to discuss the trash situation in the village along with developing a permit process for rentals.
